We offer standard ground shipping, two day and three day shipping, and Next Day Air shipping.

Items ordered on 4PuppiesPetProducts.com ship from our fulfillment partners all across North America. This means that often times you will receive packages from different warehouses and items might arrive on different days.

Ground shipping charges are calculated based on the dollar amount of your order, expedited shipping is based on the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going.

Shipping Outside US

We only ship to the Continental USA. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any country outside of the USA.

APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to APO / FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes at this time.

Shipping Surcharge

The application of Shipping Surcharges will vary depending on the product distributor. Find out if a shipping surcharge is applied by the distributor in the shipping tab of each product.

When Will My Order Ship?

The processing times before an order ships vary depending on the product.

Most products ship within the first 24 hours.

Once processed, your items will ship via the method chosen at checkout and arrive based on the shipper’s timeline. Please note that not all items are available for expedited shipping.

Availability & Back Orders

All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer or one of our authorized distributors. The items on this site are updated daily with stock levels, but occasionally a product may be out of stock. If this should ever happen, we will email you immediately letting you know when that item should be expected.
