RETURN POLICY
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER: You must notify our Company within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the ordered item/s if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you receive a wrong or defect item, we will provide you with a mailing label to ship back the wrong part to us. The replacement will only be sent once the wrong or defect item has been received and confirmed by us.

RETURN POLICIES:
All returns should be made within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the ordered items. 
Shipping charges are not refundable.
All Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, and must have all tags attached.

Refund on returned items will be processed and issued once we received the item/s.
No credits can be issued on damaged items.
You must contact us directly before you attempted to return any item.
You must return the item/s to us in their original box or packaging.
You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning the item/s.
Additional fees may apply.


REFUND POLICY: We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and inspected the returned item/s. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days from receipt of your return.
